What is it?
Basically, when a player is killed by another player, those two players won't be able to fight eachother again for x seconds.
This is to prevent a player from constantly trying to target a single player, and overall makes the PvP experience better.
*Disclaimer: This plugin does not prevent Fire Damage Via Flint & Steel or Potion Damage, although potion damage is a planned future feature.
