Disclaimer:
EnderPads 0.3.6-beta may work fine on any small-medium <1.13 server, but may cause issues for any active servers. At worst, it may even keep a large number of chunks loaded, leading to massive slowdowns and memory leaks. I've looked into fixes, but on top of the 1.13 flattening, I realized EnderPads needs a complete re-write to function on any future version of Minecraft.
