Simple, just use the command /calculator
The four basic operations are allowed: + - * /
Example:
/calculator 4 + 2
/calculator 4 - 2
/calculator 4 * 2
/calculator 4 / 2
Permissions:

[-] avc.calculator.divide ----- (/)
