Plugin support version: 1.7~1.10.2
PaperSpigot1.11.2 has no support for getFloat(), so 1.11.2 cannot use this plugin.
1.10~1.10.2 is not tested. Welcome to test and feedback

Function list:
1. after breaking the specified number of squares, the mining fatigue effect is obtained at the specified time specified multiple
2. when the satiation drops to the specified value, the excavation fatigue effect is obtained at the specified time specified multiple
3. player chat reduces the satiation of the specified value
4., if you don't want to open any of the 3 functions above, you can configure it in config.yml
5.GUI configuration interface
6. most of the tooltip text can be modified to support color code, a variety of variables

Step0. Download plugin, drop into plugins.
Step1. To configurate.
Step2. Restart your server.
Then you can start using it!
