Total Report system + IP (Ru+En)

And now to business.
The script was tested by me on the version 1.7-1.8 spigot, and will most likely work on the versions above.
The script is an automated system of reports about bugs, cheaters or admins. Personnel with the appropriate rights will receive reports online, but even if they are offline, logs are kept for each type of report.
The logs indicate the time, the nickname of the player, his IP, the player's nickname for whom the complaint was made and his IP also.
To ensure that players do not flood the logs, the timing is implemented in 1 minute.

The reports themselves are divided into three types and permissions:
Bugs (..plugins/skript/logs/bug.log) report.bug
Reports on the players (..plugins/skript/logs/player_online.log) (..plugins/skript/logs/player_offline.log) report.player
Reports on the admins (..plugins/skript/logs/admin_online.log) (..plugins/skript/logs/admin_offline.log) report.admin

To ensure that staff can receive messages about reports, they must have the appropriate permissions.

Two languages are implemented:
- Report_En.sk - The English version (Version History - 1.0). Translated by my assistant, so I advise you to re-read it before installing it on the server
- Report_Ru.sk - Russian version (Version History - 1.0 Ru). Then I had enough knowledge of my language.

Ребята, в двух словах это система репортов
Поискал тут на форуме, но так ничего и не нашел подходящего, поэтому написал с нуля этот скрипт.
Система принимает жалобы на баги, игроков и админов. Сами репорты в онлайн-режиме получают все, кто имеет на это соответствующее разрешение. Но даже если весь персонал оффлайн, всё будет задокументировано в логах, которые создаёт сам скрипт. Чуть выше указаны типы репортов, адреса их логов и соответствующие разрешения. В логах указаны время, ник игрока, его IP, ник на кого жалоба и его IP тоже. Кроме того, они разделены на онлайн был игрок или оффлайн. Чтобы игроки не флудили, реализован тайминг в одну минуту (настраивается тоже).

Всё редактируется, всё ясно и понятно. А вот что им там Гугля перевёл в их локализацию, я не знаю Скрестим пальцы.

Вот такой удобный инструментик для сервера я вам и приволок.
Протестировал на Spigot 1.7-1.8, но должно подойти к любой версии.
