How it works what it does?
Fly made by Blares, this is supposed to be built into your core so your developers can just take it and implement it. Everything inside this plugin is based of one permission "core.fly"
This is mainly aimed for 1.7.10 and 1.8 HCF servers or practice server. I hope this is useful towards your server.
Add that to your permissions file/group manager and you should be good.
All the code in this was custom coded by Blares (me) in IntelliJ.

This is easier than some other fly plugins since it's based of one permission. Comment errors or if you need help. Enjoy.
