Just drag&drop the Plugin into your plugins-Folder. If you want to use the Pumpkin-on-Head Feature you can put this link as Server-Resourcepack in your server.properties:

If you don't want to use it, easily disable it in the Config file and reload with /scopes reload.

4. Permissions:

scopes.use.<WEAPONNAME> - Using the Scope-Feature for specific Weapon
scopes.commands - Use the /scopes command
5. Dependencies:
You only need Crackshot for the Weapons.
The Plugin only works with Crackshot, not with other Weapon-plugins
