You need to enchant diamond boots and get the enchantment/lore of Flight. (You need to enchant level 30) Once you get these boots, you just wear them and can fly as long as they don't break. (If boots don't have unbreaking, you will lose almost 1 durability per movement). You can choose in the config which fly boots mode you want. This can be Normal, Food, or Exp.
Normal: Boots decay while using them.
Food: Boots won't decay, but instead you will lose hunger.
Exp: Boots won't decay, but will take exp from you.
