Purpose : The inspiration for this plugin was server hosts that limit how many plugins a person can install. This was my attempt to bundle a bunch of plugins into one. Also, this plugin was coded a VERY... VERY long time ago. I can not add any features because I don't understand how anything works to be honest. I will try my best to fix bugs and whatnot but improvements from base plugin aren't likely to happen. It was coded for my own private server and horribly documented. There are many features that I unfortunately can't explain due to the amount of time that would take, but hopefully everything is semi-intuitive. Configs with instructions and configurable stuff are found in 'plugins/viperdata'. Go through everything if you want to fully configure and understand the plugin.

⟿ Recode of CosmicPvP's Auction House : I recoded this back before there was a public release of it but now there is probably a better version of this. This is basically just the auction house that you are all acquainted with.

⟿ Assign Commands to Blocks : Want a player to push a button to buy something that is bought through command or something along those lines? Well this does exactly that.

⟿ Log Configured Commands : Have staff doing suspicious stuff but don't feel like searching through thousands of lines of log to find out who did what? With this you can log chosen commands easily.
⟿ Does What it Says : Limit the amount of commands a player can type in a given time. This reduces lag and might have other purposes who knows.
⟿ Have Full Control Over Items Through Commands : Change an items size, name, lore, and enchantments to values not possible through vanilla methods. E.g. a stack of 69 sticks with knockback called "Thor's Hamma"

⟿ Ability to Type in Chat as Other Players : Allow staff to force players to type stuff in chat. This can run commands as well as message normally. This could very easily be abused so I'd keep this on the command log.
⟿ Blacklist Bad Words : I'm not gonna lie, this system is pretty trash. It blacklists words found on a list from being said but there are easy workarounds like changing a -> @ and stuff like that which other plugins cover. I'd recommend another plugin for this particular feature but in case you can't fit any more plugins which is the point of this, this is usable.
⟿ Does What it Says : Sick and tired of seeing a button after you die? No more with this enabled. If this is on, your players will die and immediately respawn without the death screen.
⟿ Toggleable Chatroom for Staff : Allow your staff to enter a staff only chat mode in which their messages are only seen by other staff members. Whilst in staffchat you can also see normal messages as well just in case someone needs help.
⟿ Backup Storage : This is not a backpack. Items go one way and cannot be put into this inventory by the player. This is for when players win items but their inventory is full. This is for manual winnings run by human players (most likely staff). While holding the item to be given, type '/storage add (player name)'.

⟿ Crates... You Already Know : Before there were a gazillion cool crates plugins, I coded this one into ViperUtil. It can use NoteblockAPI to play a song as well so yeah... there's that. You can add both items and commands to the crates. There are also configurable broadcasts.
