Purpose: I can't think of any specific purposes personally. Essentially the plugin does exactly what it says. It allows item control through commands. I'm not sure why you would need to do this, but if it needs to be done, here ya go. Feel free to use the source code however you please.Requirements:

All commands require the permission 'itemControl.admin' or op. Also, color codes can be used anywhere.

⟿ /venchant - Adds enchants to items not available normally at levels not available normally.
⟿ /venchantlegit - Allows legitimate enchants only.
⟿ /vlore - Edit the items lore line by line.
⟿ /vrename - Rename the item.
⟿ /vsize - Change an itemstacks size to sizes not available normally such as 100.
