Upon death, players items will be set to have a protection for a specified amount of time. This time is specified via config. Only the player that died may pick the items up before that time ends after that anybody can pick up the items. Useful to allow players to save their items from theft.

- Player whom dropped the items may pick up at anytime before waiting
- Displays a message on screen of player trying to "steal" whilst time is still remaining
