Features:
With this plugin players have the ability to be unique with different perks.
By default each player has a total of 150 points they can spend on perks, each perk has a different cost to it and each player can have up to 9 different perks. There are both positive perks and negative perks, the purpose of negative perks is that they give you more points to spend on perks.
Commands:
/Perks Menu
opens the perk menu
/Perks inspect <player name>
shows you a list of all the perks that the player has chosen
/Perks version
Tells you the version of the plugin

Currently none, if it is wanted then I'll add some in.

How to Update:
At this state when update you need to delete the config file, if you don't do that my plugin will have issues.

Known Problems:
1) If any other plugin has the same inventory name as any of the menu's my plugin uses it might cause some issues, to fix this you can fully customize the names of the menus in the config.
2) If the minecraft servers are down and my plugin can't get skulls my plugin will through out warnings. Not sure how to avoid this at the moment but for the most part the minecraft servers are not down. Will seek out a fix later. MC server Status found at: http://xpaw.ru/mcstatus/
