This plugin was originally a request made here.
However, as one person asked for it - others may be looking for it as well.
This plugin is very simple, and does exactly what it says.

This is pretty self explanatory, set which types of spawners should trigger fires and how long in seconds.
If you want to make any requests for this, I would take on almost anything.
As for updates there will probably be little to none, unless there is a bug with the newer versions or someone has a request for this plugin.
