UniversalPVP

The plugin allows for the following:
Maximum permission: UniversalPVP.* -gives all perms to a player
Custom player set bounties:
I set a bounty on you for 10$, the next player who kills you receives 10$ and I lose them.
permission: UniversalPVP.addBounty
UniversalPVP.removeBounty
Command: /bounty add <player> <value>
/bounty set <player> <value>
/bounty remove <player>

Allows automated bounties within a pvp region:
with the /pvpsetregion command the player can set a region in which when players pvp they receive the bounty of the other person upon killing them and it sets the killers bounty to the bounty of the person he killed + his own.
Commands: /upvp reload - reloads config
/upvp changeBountyAdd - changes the ammount the player receives automatically
Permission: UniversalPVP.reloadConfig
UniversalPVP.setConfig

Allows the setting of Regions with flags for PVP:
This is the reason why the plugin requires WorldGuard and WorldEdit. When the player creates a region using /pvpsetregion command.
Command: /pvpsetregion
Permission: UniversalPVP.setPvpRegion
