Here you have (at the moment) 2 very useful tools for your chat!
Clearchat
and
Chatlock
You can use the default commands or the gui!
Commands:
/chat help
/chat gui
/chat toggle
/chat clear or /chat cc
With the gui you can also see if the chat is turned off or on (if it's late and no one's talking in the chat^^)
If you try to deactivate the chat (while it's turned off) nothing will happens.
You can also see a lore at the deactivate item while the chat is turned off!
People with the right permissions (rh.chatlock.bypass) can bypass it...
