With this plugin, you can bind commands to items. When a player changes his selected item, the selected item's command is executed and the selected item slot is set back to the default item slot.
When you load the plugin, the plugin will take effect and start setting your selected item back to the first item. To disable this for yourself, simply use /hotbarbypass. If you want to disable it permanently, give yourself the permission 'abilityhotbar.bypass'
This plugin should be compatible with all server versions, but it's only tested on 1.12.
