▬ nbdEnchanter - Create Your Own Custom Enchantments ▬
**NOTE** if you are using 1.8+ you will need to change the sound codes in the config.yml for the plugin to run! Please do this then restart your server.

Description:
This is a powerful plugin that you can use to create your own custom enchantments. The plugin has been rigorously tested to ensure there are no bugs with the default code and configuration.

Features:
▶ This is a simple form of custom enchantments, giving the player permanent potion effects until they take the armor piece off.
▶ The plugin is highly customizeable, you can pick and change everything (see the config file for more information). The plugin allows for 3 different potion effects per enchantment and a max tier of level 5.
▶ This is a flawless way of adding simple custom enchantments to your server! Most of the time big enchantment plugins have too many bugs and issues such that PvP is affected to much and the enchantments don't work properly. This plugin has been tested rigorously to ensure that there are no bugs in the default configuration.
▶ Make you server unique with your own enchantments!
▶ Toggle each enchantment individually in the config.yml
▶ Upgrade books by dragging and dropping them.
▶ All common bugs from other enchantment plugins patched, things like loosing an entire stack of books doesn't happen.
▶ Set the max tier for each enchantment!
▶ Customizeable GUI menu.
▶ Customize all Lores and Item Names.
▶ Customize all sounds and messages.

Commands:
▶ MAIN COMMANDS:
- /ce
- /enchanter
- /customenchant
- (all 3 of these will open the enchanter GUI)
▶ /cereload - reload the config.yml! requires permission: nbdenchanter.admin

Installation:
▶ Simply drag and drop into your plugins folder and restart your server!

Known Limitations (READ BEFORE REVIEWING):
▶ This plugin currently only supports 9 custom enchantments.
▶ Each potion effect must be unique to one enchantment (if you have strength assigned to one enchantment you should not use it on any other enchantment).
▶ The piece of armor that each enchantment can be applied to is currently fixed, you cannot edit this.
▶ If you are using a non-stackable item for the enchantment orb it can take a few clicks for the book to upgrade.
▶ Once applying the book to an item, the player will need to move before the potion effects are applied.
