One Hundred Days Mini Game

OneHundredDays is a plugin which creates a survival game in a separate world, which last for 100 in game days. The game will run for 100 days then
change all players into spectator mode on the 100th day, where they can fly around and view all the builds.
PvP within the world can be activated after 1 (in game) day or disabled.

/fly
Permission: hundred.fly
- Just a basic fly command.
/hundred
- The main command to control the game.
Permission: hundred.ctrl
Arguments:
forceStart:
Creates a world for the game and starts the game, only
if it hasn't already been started.
toggleGame:
Pauses and unpauses Game loop.
reset:
Sends all players to the lobby world named "world"
and deletes the old OneHundredDays world.
listWorlds:
Lists all the loaded worlds, for debug purposes.
/joinhun:
Permission: None required.
