Why do I need this?

Well, if you have your own server, you must had a problem with advertisers who keep spamming to all people, saying them to join their server. There are also many noobs who think that spamming is cool. Many people repeat same messages to make others do their wish faster. That all had been annoying me for years and that's why I'd decided to write this plugin for you. It's absolutely free, so everyone, who has a server, can easily try it!
But wait... You didn't tell as what does this plugin do?!
This is a simple plugin which allows you to block spam! YaY
You can also enable or disable each option))Permissions:
bas.rm = allows to bypass repeating messages check
bas.fs = allows to bypass spam check
bas.* = bas.rm + bas.fs
Ops have all bypasses!!!
