Fear not! MixerMaster is able to give you custom sounds with permissions and everything!
//////////////////////////////////////// UNDER WORK
>>Features!
Mixer was an old plugin that added a easy way to play resource packs in servers, but having a resource pack was a necessity in all clients. MixerMaster solves this problem by using Noteblock sounds to play songs and sounds.
MixerMaster can play various notes at once if no pause is specified. For pauses, you can use nanoseconds, miliseconds, minecraft ticks, redstone ticks or a custom update-per-second timer as time unit.
Volume is adjustable, but if greater than 1 (one) it won't be any loader. It will only be hearable from more than 16 blocks. To know the distance, simply multiply the volume times 16 and done!
>>MixerParser
Mixer uses a specific language I haven't named yet.
It uses letters from notes or numbers from right-clicks to get the note block sound. You can add a letter before it to change the instrument (what would be the block under). You can also add a '+' to raise the octave, but you still have the 2 octave noteblock limit.
Block Letters:
> a (or none) for Air/Dirt/Etc - block.note.harp
> b for Wood - block.note.bass
> s for Sand - block.note.snare
> h for Glass - block.note.hat
> d for Stone - block.note.basedrum
> k for Block of Gold - block.note.bell
> f for Clay - block.note.flute
> c for Packed Ice - block.note.chime
> g for Wool - block.note.gitar
> x for Bone Block - block.note.xylophone
Octave One
F# - 0
G - 1
G# - 2
A - 3
A# - 4
B - 5
C - 6
C# - 7
D - 8
D# - 9
E - 10
F - 11
F#+ - 12
Octave Two
F#+ - 12
G+ - 13
G#+ - 14
A+ - 15
A#+ - 16
B+ - 17
C+ - 18
C#+ - 19
D+ - 20
D#+ - 21
E+ - 22
F+ - 23
F#++ - 24
Example: ' fA#+ ' means a Noteblock with 16 right clicks placed on Clay (flute)
>>Chorus:
A chorus is like a part of the song that repeats quite frequently. Mixer allows you to write a chorus like a normal song, and then use it with the 'chorus' keyword later. All the instructions will be copied to the song in that position. Please note that writing chorus in the chorus will not create a infinite loop.
>>Pauses:
Use the 'wait' command or a hyphen '-' for a single time unit of pause. For longer pauses specify the number like this 'wait3' or '---'. Both will give 3 time units of pause.
>>Volume
Volume is controlled using the 'vol' keyword. Use is like 'vol1' to make it 100% volume. 'vol0.5' means 50% and so on. You can replace 'vol' with '%'. 'vol0.4' and '%0.4' do the same job. 'vol' or '%' without a float resets the volume to 100%.

>>Keep in mind...
1- One line means all sounds in that line are played at the same time.
2- A line without wait means that the next line is read instantaneously after that one.
3- Waits in between lines pause the line.
4- One second is 20 minecraft ticks, 10 redstone ticks, 1,000,000 ns, etc.
5- "The magic of music is not about the notes, but the pauses..."

>>To Do...
- Finish this page
- Make javadoc
- Make tutorial
- ???
- Remove Herobrine
- Can you add x feature?
- Yes, but pm me or tell me in the discussion so you can explain me what you want.
- Where's the code?
- It's on GitHub
- How can I add a pause after or before a sound in the radio or in the looping-location?
- Add the pause after or before sounds with a 'wait' command
- Otherwise sounds are played right after it's finished.
- Is there any Noteblock Studio support?
- No, probably. Mixer language is entirely designed by me and I don't think you can make a direct conversion from NBS to MixerMaster.
- How can I play songs with higher octaves?
- The 2-octaves limit is from Minecraft. If just a few notes go out of this limit, you can try to use the closest note to that one. As soon as MC supports more octaves you'll be able to do something like 'F#^4' for a F# note in the fourth octave
