Fancy Nameplates
Java mod listed for Minecraft 1.13. Downloads from the MC Java Mods app on Android.
⬇ Download on SpigotLet's get fancy.
Fancy Nameplates allows you to use any color or formatting code to change the appearance of a player's nameplate both above their character's head and in the tab list. It's extremely lightweight - there are no commands, permissions, or configuration files.
In order to use Fancy Nameplates, you must have two prerequisites:
If you have a hierarchy of groups using inheritance, the
priority property will allow Fancy Nameplates to apply the code with the highest priority.
To determine which plugin Vault is receiving chat information from, use the /vault-info command.
Fancy Nameplates supports using a single formatting or color code per group only. In the case that your prefix is not a valid code or if a usergroup does not have a prefix defined, Fancy Nameplates will default to "reset" (which is white without any additional formatting).
You can configure Fancy Nameplates without installing it. Simply prepare your prefixes, drop the plugin into your plugins folder, and restart your server. If you applied your formatting code to each group properly, you'll see the results immediately.
Enjoy!
