Introduction:
I made this plugin, because I saw that someone was selling the work of a developer !
To avoid that non developers being scammed I decide to offer for free this plugin.
I just changed this ressource to make a better tornado through another ressource: ReflectionUtils, so that all versions are compatible.
Commands & permissions:
Display help menu: /tornado
Spawn tornado: /tornado spawn .. (tornado.spawn)
Spawn normal tornado: /tornado spawn normal (tornado.normal)
Activate or disable the contact of tornado with you:
/tornado contact (tornado.nocontact)
