PERKS

1. /Speed - Enables Permanent speed 2 (Can Be Amplified)
2. /Strength - Enables Permanent strength 2 (Can Be Amplified)
3. /Haste - Enables Permanent haste 2 (Can Be Amplified)
4. /NightVision - Enables Permanent NightVision 2 (Can be Amplified)
5. /JellyLegs - Makes Player Receive No-fall Damage

STAFF COMMANDS

1. /StaffFly - Allows Staff to fly, but doesn't allow them to break blocks
2. /clearChat - Clears global chat for everyone
3. /MuteChat - Mutes chat for everyone unless you have permission (Core.mutechat.bypass)
