AcidRain - stay away from the rain!

Add a fun and challenge update to your game, after installing AcidRain the rain will now damage players & mobs. The config allows you to edit a few options, aswell as put a chance on the harmful rain. (So you won't experience acid rain everytime the rain comes by.)
Commands:
- /ar help - view the help page
- /ar reload - reload the plugin
- /ar rain - make default rain appear
- /ar acidrain - make acid rain appear
Permissions:
- acidrain.safety - prevent players from being damaged by the rain using this permission!
- acidrain.reload - use /ar reload
- acidrain.help - use /ar help
- acidrain.rain - use /ar rain
- acidrain.acidrain - use /ar acidrain
NOTE: as default, being op will prevent you from being damaged by acidrain using the permission acidrain.safety!
