PluginManager is a plugin that has many commands to help you manage all of your plugins without the need of restarting or reloading your server.
This involves a series of commands which can be listed inside the game, its an amazing and convenient resource to have on your server.
And what's best of all, PluginManager requires absolutely no dependencies and it doesn't cause a lot of lag while you are executing commands.

pm <enable/disable> <plugin> - Enables/Disables a plugin.
/pm <load/unload> <plugin> - Loads/Unloads a plugin.
/pm <reload/restart> <plugin> - Reloads/Restarts a plugin.
/pm <info/commands> <plugin> - Gives info about a plugin / Lists the commands of the plugin.
/pm search <commands> - Finds the plugin that the command is registered to.
/pm list - Lists all of the plugins on your server.
/pm files <plugin> - Gets files associated with the plugin.
/pm <remove/restore> <plugin> - Removes the plugin completely and stores it in a backup directory / Restores the plugin from the backup directory and loads it automatically.
/pm backups <view/delete> <all/name> - Displays all backups / Deletes selected or all backups.
/pm read <plugin> <line/all> - Reads the configuration file (all or selected line). [not fully tested yet]
