A simple plugin for a few fundamental features...

Note: This plugin is written for Minecraft 1.8 but it should work with 1.9 too. Compatible with Java 7 and 8.

Features:

/day : sets the time in your world to day
/gm : easy switch between gamemode 1 and 0
/gma : sets all player in a specific radius (define it in the config) in the gamemode 1 or 0
/home : set your home with /home set and tp yourself to it with /home (you can enable multiple homes for every player too)
/invsee : see the inventory of an other player
/spawn : teleports you to the spawn (set it with /spawn set)
/adminreload : reloads the config
/maintenance : toggles the maintenance mode (on, off)
/maintenance on : enables the maintenance mode, replace on with off for disabling
/warp : creates warps (like Essentials); see all commands with /warp help; Be careful! CASE SENSITIVE!
/admingui : to open the admin gui or use a clock
/clearchat : to clear the chat of you/all players/one other player
/ping : see your ping and with /ping <player> the ping of other players
/mute : mute players
/globalmute : to mute the chat for all players without a specific permission

set the color of admins in the tablist
set the prefix of admins in the chat
differrent join messages for admins and players
a notification when a new version of the plugin aviable is

The admin gui:
The admin gui contains:

a main gui to access the other guis and to reload the server
a home gui to set your home an teleport yourself to it
a cheats gui to go into the gamemode 1,2 and 3; you can also set the time to day and night and you can toggle the downfall
the chat clear gui is to clear your chat and the chat of all other players
a gui for the maintenance mode
a own gui to see you ping and the ping of others
