replacer bot for 1.13 servers!
How it works:
It basically starts out with a config file...
then you can add new sections of words,
phrases, anything, an infinite list of possibilities.
next you add the list of responses which will be used to replace the
message which was sent by the player. Again, you can add as many of
these as you want! If you add more than one, the replacement will
be chosen randomly from the list.
A detailed Example is shown below.

Heres the most recent copy of the config.yml file
Feel free to copy it at any time, it is always kept up to date with
the latest plugin version.
