You need Kotlin4MC, CrazyEnchantments and MMOItems
This plugin prevents players from enchanting a MMOItem with a CrazyEnchantment, or use a CrazyEnchantment while holding a MMOItem

This plugin listens to the EnchantmentUseEvent from CrazyEnchantments and to the PlayerInteractEvent from Bukkit
Configuration
No configuration is needed. Though, you can configure the message sent when an action is blocked.

While holding a MMOItem, type / nocrazymmo to remove all CrazyEnchantments and transform them into enchantment books.
