★Healer★ - NEW: Signs!

A plugin including /heal, /feed and /cleareffects and signs to support them.
Configurable messages and no bells and whistles.
Commands
- /heal [player] Heal yourself or another player. Factors in your maximum health attribute.
- /feed [player] Fills your or another's food level up.
- /cleareffects [player] Remove all potion effects which you or another user has.
- aliases: /ce, /cleareffect
- /healer [reload] Show plugin information or reload the configuration without restarting the server.
Permissions
All are given to operators by default.
healer.*: All permissions
healer.reload: /healer reload
healer.cleareffects: /cleareffects
healer.cleareffectsother: /cleareffects [player]
healer.feed: /feed
healer.feedothers: /feed [player]
healer.heal: /heal
healer.healothers: /heal [player]
healer.signs.feed: create a feed sign
