Numismatified Waystones Card Fix
Fixes the issue with Numismatified Waystones where teleports can't be funded by bank cards by removing the client-side check of bank funds and simply assuming you can teleport if a card is present in your inventory. If you have insufficient funds the server will still block the teleport.
Although this prevents the button from graying out when you don't have enough money in your account. (Planned for update!)

This is compatible with the currently latest version (1.1.0) of Technophobia's Create Numismatified Waystones Compat and version 21.1.34 of Waystones (21.1.35+ breaks the way Technophobia's compat works with Waystones).
