Updated Torch Bow Datapack from okou to work in newer version(s?). A minecraft update made Area_Effect_Clouds visible, and created a clump of clouds at a torch's landing spot. I have fixed these issues so you can now no longer see the clump, and they get removed as soon as they spawn so you don't have a lot of invisible Clouds in your world.
I only made this to work with 26.1.2, as that's what I'm playing on, but it will probably work on others too.
