Easily configure the speed of Happy Ghasts while mounted.
To change the default speed, run /function jfhg:set_hg_speed {speed:<new_speed>}. After changing, hop on your Happy Ghast and fly faster! To change it back to the default speed, run the above command with speed being 0.05.
