Features
The plugin allows you to manage the teleport of the chorus fruit. You can disable the teleport after eating a chorus fruit or just disable it on certain worlds. You can also let the players use it but with a cooldown!

-Updated to mc version: 1.13.2
-Changed variable "CanEat" for "TeleportEnabled".
-Now, if the TeleportEnabled variable is set on false, the players will be able to eat the chorus fruit but they are not going to be teleported. On past, with the variable CanEat on false, the players could not eat the fruit.
-Changed the default message for NoPermisssion on config. Now it is "&cYou are not able to do that!".
-Added a new permission: chorusmanager.teleportenabled.
-Plugin optimized!

Permissions
chorusmanager.bypassworlds: Allows to use chorus fruit on disabled worlds.
chorusmanager.bypasscooldown: Allows to use chorus fruit without cooldown.
chorusmanager.reload: Allows to use /chorusreload
chorusmanager.teleportenabled: Allows to use the chorus teleport with 'TeleportEnabled' disabled.
