- /stmc reload - Reloads the config
- /stmc add - Adds the world to the enabled worlds list in config
- /stmc remove - Removes the world from the enabled worlds list in config
- trample.admin.reload - Lets the user reload the config using /stmc reload
- trample.admin.modify - Lets the user add and remove worlds from the config using /stmc add and /stmc remove
- trample.admin.* - Lets the user access all admin commands (/stmc)
