Description
Simply create your MessageOfTheDay with the dedicated command. Then all players will receive this message when they join !

Permissions
motd.use to create te MOTD
Showmotd.use to view the MOTD from a command
Easier? I don't think so.
Commands
Tired of plugins with 50 commands? SimpleBlockHead offers you 2 littles commands :
/motd <text> to set the MOTD è motd.use
/showmotd to view the MOTD è Showmotd.use
Configuration
In order to simplify, I did not implement a configuration ! So do not worry !!!
