This simple script will allow your players (with or without) the permissions to use /rules! Whenever you'll type in the command there will appear a GUI that looks like this:
You're able to hover over the papers so they're able to see the rules.
This script is 100% configurable and has easy explanation tips in the code so you're even able to edit it without any Skript experience!
