- Have the permission simplefell.use (everyone has this by default)
- Be holding an axe
- Be in survival mode
- simplefell.use - allows you to fell a tree
- simplefell.toggleother - enable / disable for someone else
- /fell <enable|disable|get> [player] - Enable / disable / get the status of the plugin for yourself, or another player.
