You need Essent.
This plugin is incredibly small, and not dependent on any other plugins. Its also quite useful. Using the notices system you can share information with your players, you can fly, set a custom message to display on player join, or a welcoming message for first time players! You can let people check their rank, and it comes with easily managable permissions, and an easy to manage config. In seconds, you can let people do all of this- without any impact on performance.
So try Essent today!
All you have to do is add the plugin to your plugins folder, restart the server, change your server name and other optional settings in the config, and you have access to many useful things without any impact on performance!
Built for 1.14.4, works on most other versions.
Not tested on 1.15 but it should work there too.

3) in the config.yml folder, find where it says server:

5) go to plist, and change it to the plugins you have that you want users to know about
6) all other features can optionally be changed
7) log into your server and type /essentreload
8) its set up!
