COMMANDS:
/tc » If a message starts with that and the User has the permission teamchat.use the message is gonna be sent to the TeamChat
/teamchat » If a message starts with that and the User has the permission teamchat.use the message is gonna be sent to the TeamChat
/tchat reload » reload the config.yml
