This was originally created as a private plugin, but I thought some people might find it useful!
This plugin is intended for small or private servers. Aswell as for server owners who can't use PermissionsEx, Essentials, etc. Some of the features include:
A customizable chat format!
Custom join/leave messages!
A /broadcast command!
And more to come!
