[Freeze - System] Freeze a player for a share screen

hello spigot community,
this is a simple plugin that freeze a target for share screen if the target disconnect he get ban
there is a freeze yml file and there is a ban yml.
when player is on freeze he will get a message like velt pvp freeze message
Commands :
/freeze playername => freeze target
/unfreeze playername => unfreeze target
/unbanf playername => unban target
Perms :
All the perms are default for ops but
freeze.freeze => for the /freeze command
freeze.unfreeze => for the /unfreeze command
freeze.unban => for the /unbanf command
