What is Staff Chat?
its just a staff chat. a simple way to talk to your staff
without being seen by non-staff..?
this staff chat is (i think) better than others for the fact
that it doesn't use that much loop all players
and basically if you have a big server with lots of players on,
doesn't crash / lag it badly.

#so basically, lets say you're new and you do /staffchat.
#nothing happens, it just toggles your staffchat on so that everytime you talk it sends it to the staff chat [FORMAT 1]

#Ok so in format 2 you have to do /staffchat <message> to send a message in the staf fchat. no toggling. [FORMAT 2]
