How it works:
The plugin works by detecting how many players join within a given time frame (configurable). If the player has played before [Joined atleast the day before] they will not be affected by the system. If it is a new player they if the system is triggered their actions will be limited. The Lockdown/Protection duration upon trigger is configurable.
