This is a little plugin I worked on for a bit, and it's a version of what I used for a server I'm developer on. I tinkered with it, changed a couple things. Including changing the player arraylist to a UUID arraylist. Then I made it a bit more customizable.
Commands
/dp <usage>
* /dp help - Shows you commands.
* /dp refresh - Refreshes the DP Queue.
* /dp one - DPs the item in your hand to a random player.
* /dp all - DPs the item in your hand to all online players.
* /dp reload - Reloads the config.
