MobGrabber is a plugin that lets you grab mobs and fling them around, maintaining their distance to you. You can also scroll with your mousewheel to make them get closer/further from you.
Commands:
mobgrab.command - Access to use commands
mobgrab.command.[give/get] Access to /mg give/get
Do /mobgrab give [Player] or /mobgrab get to give/get the wand.
