This mod simply makes all arrows shot by any entity (skeletons, pillagers, players, dispensers, or mobs from other mods) pickable, instead of only arrows shot by players.
Only needs to be installed on the server (or singleplayer); clients connecting to a server that has this mod do not need it themselves, since arrow pickup permission is server-authoritative.
