Fixes a Sable bug where explosions cannot damage sublevels above Y=320. Free Minecraft Java mod for 1.21.1, 1.21.2, 1.21.3.

This is a simple mixin patch that fixes a bug in Sable where sublevels don't take damage from explosions when above the world height limit.
