How it works?

Why this?
Well, i was looking for a plugin to broadcast in a specific world, and didn't find one, so i made this skript to help people.
You can configurate some of it's settings by editing the .sk file.

PERMISSIONS
- announceme.use (/announce, /wannounce, /announceme)
- announceme.youtube (/ytad)
- announceme.admin (Join Message, deleteable on .sk file)
COMMANDS
- /announceme (List of commands + Permissions)
- /announce [text] (Broadcast a text on all worlds)
- /wannounce [world] [text] (Broadcast a text on specific world)
- /ytad [YT URL] (Announces a new video, configurable in .sk file)
