BroadcasterPlus is a highly customisable plugin. You can change loads of features in the config.yml, such as the permission needed to receive/send broadcasts, whether broadcasts should be sent to the console, and more!
The plugin can also send broadcasts to the players Action Bar, but this requires the plugin TTA to be installed on the server, however, if you do not wish to use this feature, the plugin will still work without it.
As a small developer, and as this is one of my first public plugins, I would highly appreciate any feedback from anyone. If you want to support me, I have a donation link above, but this is not required.
