Set the spawnpoint:
/setspawn - spawn.setspawn
Teleport to the spawn:
/spawn - spawn.use
After you join to your server set the spawnpoint.
Type: /gamerule sendCommandFeedback false

If sb died, type "/spawn" or join he spawn at the spawn.
